To be qualified for payout, your faction must meet the requirements below. This is to prevent players from winning faction-top without putting in any or as much effort.
10 chunks of watered walls per side of your base (80+ walls in total).
Base size minimum of 3x3 chunk and built above ground 24 hours before payout.
All your value must be placed in your main base shell 24 hours before payout. This means your core must have a shield region set in order to be qualified.
At least a minimum of 150 million in faction top value.
All Spawner Placement and Base / Buffer Rules must also be followed.

2 Faction Strikes: 10% of the faction value will be deducted from the final payout screenshot.
4 Faction Strikes: 25% of the faction value will be deducted from the final payout screenshot.
6 Faction Strikes: 50% of the faction value will be deducted from the final payout screenshot.
8 Faction Strikes: 75% of the faction value will be deducted from the final payout screenshot.

[Updated Punishment] - Destroying Value, You are not allowed to sabotage or destroy any wealth/value you currently have or obtained. This also includes removing your spawners to avoid them getting raided.
[Changed] - Total Faction Balance Limit has been increased from $500,000,000 to $750,000,000 across the entire Faction.
[Added] - Hiding of Value via Mob Drops: You may not store/hide value in the form of unsold drops (mob or crop) stored in collectors/chests. It shall not exceed 10% of your Total Faction Top value. You are to sell your drops stored in your collector whenever possible.
If you exceed the balance limit upon selling the items in the collector/chests you are required to spend your wealth on Spawners etc. You will only be given 1 hour to spend your money.
